I've been driving trucks going on 22 years and I have never worked for a company where the office environment is family oriented, friendly, and very professional. The equipment is top of the line and drivers reliably are home every week like clockwork. The office personel and the maintenance staff make the drivers job easy without a hassle. 💯👍🏿

What I enjoy most about working for Blue Collar is that after 23 years of Driving, I finally found a company that offered me good home time and still be able to make good miles. They have the best in class technology like Prepass,Fuel & Go,Cat scale App. Office Personal - Very friendly atmosphere from Co-Owner VP, Dispatch, to Driver recruiter. Mechanics- always on top of the trucks to make sure they are safe and ready for next day Dispatch. All around if you’re looking for a company to drive for, I would whole heartedly recommend this one..

Been driving for 18 years, and finally since i started working for this company i feel like i landed in the best place,all personal working in the office from dispatcher to managers to the owner are very friendly and they treat you the right way, not to mention the equipment (trucks) are great and the maintenance staff will take care if anything is needed for the trucks right away ,AWESOME HOME TIME (family time 😁), basically the only thing one has to do is do the job the right way.
