I recently purchased a pool Walmart used them for transport. They brought the wrong pool the boxes were destroyed when I told him it was the wrong pool they refused to take it back with them They refused to call their management they left the pool I had to call Walmart and the company that hired them to be the third-party deliver They finally reached out to them and they brought me my pool back promise to refund my shipping lied did not refund my shipping the first people who dropped off the first pool hit on my wife cussed in front of my kids I had to ask them to put on their masks this place is a joke. I Will not allow them to deliver me anything again. If I could give you less than one star I would I still have not heard from your management team your driver Missy lied to me and said she was going to refund She said to take it up with Walmart I asked for her manager Pam to call me still has not if I do not hear back from you by Monday I will be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint and I will be calling pilot and Walmart again
