Revere community in Rescue, CA. Terrible. Do not buy with Blue Mountain. I’ve had over 70 warranty requests over a 1.5 year period. The workmanship is terrible in this house. So many issues. This is my 3rd new build house and by far the absolute worst experience. For what they charged for this house, it should have been completed with higher quality. I would rate Brian, my customer service rep a 10/10 because he has tried very hard to make sure all of our warranty requests were completed. But to have over 70 issues with a brand new build is nuts. They had to replace multiple windows, redo the side of the house stucco, redo the AC/furnace, patch walls, fix electrical issues, redo some cabinets that had the wrong doors installed, fix trim and molding, acid wash the driveway and grind it down to get the staining off it, now it looks terrible and some things still aren’t done. Appliances installed incorrectly, the imperfect smooth is so sloppy and terribly done. We were planning on selling this house and buying one of their other properties on 1-2 acres being built near us but after seeing how terrible of a product they produce, there is very little chance I’d ever buy from this builder again. Extremely disappointed is an understatement. In talking to the other buyers here, they all have similar complaints. Some worse than ours. Having someone come into your home over 70 visits to fix things that should have been done right the first time while having a newborn was a nightmare. I will include some photos so you can see for yourself. This is your warning. Buyer beware.

My Husband and I had our A/C go out in the middle of summer (July) blue mountain came out within a few days and fixed our issue within a week. It was a coil that needed to be replaced. We had another issue with our A/C on Friday morning, contacted Tyla at Blue Mountain and she sent a technician out the same day! We called at 9am and the technician was here by 10. They were able to fix our problem. This time it was the condenser that needed recharging. Great customer service- thank you Tyla and Noah (the technician that came out)!

I reached out to Blue Mountain for a second opinion on an issue related to my 35 amp 2 pol breaker kicking for my condenser. Prior to calling Blue Mountain, I had Lee's Heating and Air conditioning (AKA: Comfort Now) as I had a monthly membership with them and a recent tune up was performed by Lee's. Lee's came out and diagnosed my issue as being a bad condenser compressor (4 year old unit) that needed to be replaced due to the compressor pulling 132 amps and not the rated 109 amps. A quote was provided by Lee's for $5,031.96, mind you that the part was covered under manufacture warranty. I questioned the price provided and I was informed that it was a lot of labor and a long process to do warranty work. As I mentioned, I called Blue Mountain and within no time the very professional technician identified the issue as being a loose connection to my breaker rather than "A bad condenser" as previously diagnosed by Lee's. The service call / repair to Blue Mountain was a total cost of $130, saving me a total of $4,901.96. I highly recommend Blue Mountain for all HVAC needs and any other services that they provide. Blue Mountain has proven to be an extra mile company that looks out for the best interest in their customers.

Not a great company. We have had multiple issues, some fixed, others not. We bought three houses at village Station in Santa Rosa. Two of the houses have lower units where the air conditioning fixture on the wall is not compatible with the unit installed outside. The entire thing stopped working six months after our houses were out of warranty. Blue Mountain told us it was no longer their problem. There are multiple houses with the same problem and we are hiring a lawyer to help us. The same houses have wiring issues with the doorbells. They were not installed properly, we have had three different electricians come to fix the problem and they are not able to. The house we live in had a defective heat exchange unit that was leaking gas into the living space. It was so bad, the technician red tagged it and shut it down. We have been without heat for the last three months and we have a toddler in the house. Multiple neighbors have had issues with shoddy construction, heating units, leaks, etc. I would not recommend purchasing a house built by Blue Mountain.

Blue Mountain was the original installer of the HVAC system in our new home. We were very pleased with the warranty service and have retained them to do our annual maintenance since 2022. The service technician is always very helpful explaining the system to us when we have questions.
