I hired Blue Ribbon Transportation to take my daughter and her new husband from our wedding venue to their honeymoon suite at the end of the evening. Their professional and friendly driver showed up early in a beautiful black limousine and waited patiently until the couple was ready to depart. The owner, Ervin Helmuth, confirmed details the day prior to the event which gave me great reassurance. Their pricing was the best in town too! The newlyweds were thrilled with their special wedding night send off. I would highly recommend Blue Ribbon Transportation for all of your transportation needs.

Needed transportation to TPA. The registration process was very easy and the driver was courteous and helpful. Arrived on time and provided a comfortable ride to the airport. Will use again in the future.

We had to cancel within 1 hour of being picked up and Erv (driver/owner) couldn't have been more understanding regarding our situation. We can't speak of our experience (because we didn't have a ride) however, in setting up the reservation prior, he was kind, flexible and accommodating so we would definitely book again and look forward to doing so in the future.

Buyer beware. Do not hire this company. We hired them for our daughters military ball in March. We have an account with a company in Orlando that we have been using for all of our outings and tours for the last 10 years but thought we would try a company in town . Hoping it would be someone we would use locally. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case . The limo they sent was broke, had we know it was broke we would have never let our daughter and her friends take this limo. We found out after the fact. When we called the owner his response was “ Well it wasn’t that bad and that we couldn’t get the part in time to fix it”. I said “ You should have said something about the limo being broke and cancelled the reservation”. He also said that they had a few more limos available but didn’t replace the broken one. How someone can put people lives in danger is beyond me. If he will do this for high school kids he would do this to anyone. We tired to work something out with him , but that hasn’t worked out, he offered $100 . I feel that if you offer a 100% and you pay 100% you should get 100%, we received 50% . I thought it would be fare to split the cost and let it be . Again unfortunately that wasn’t the case . The owner became irate and vulgar due to use calling this out. I can’t believe this company is in business . We have reported this to FDOT as well. Do your self a favor and don’t hire this company .

Very impressed with Blue Ribbon Transportation! I wanted a luxury limo to escort my employees to a company dinner and we had a great time! The driver was excellent, on time and polite. The limousine was very clean with all the bells and whistles. There's only one limo company I would trust during a pandemic, and that's Blue Ribbon. The cleanliness and safety measures are top notch. I would recommend Blue Ribbon to anyone! Wedding parties, bachelor parties, company events, sports games can all expect excellent service.
