Jack and Camden moved my mom today out of a 3 bedroom home into a senior apartment. They were amazing. They arrived on time and were quick to get started. The job ended up being bigger than they were expecting, but they kept on without complaining. Even when Jack pointed out that a large apparel cabinet wasn't sitting securely on the carpet in the master bedroom and mom decided that she didn't want to keep it in there, they didn't complain. They swiftly took the piece out of the bedroom and put it in storage until she can figure out what she wants to do with it. These two young men worked hard for 7 hours, without a break. I applaud their work ethic and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a moving team. Thanks so much, guys! You are awesome!

I never review anyone but for this trash company I'm making an exception. We called around because we had a large piece of furniture that we couldn't get up the stairs. They offered a reasonable price because it was on the way back from another job. We didn't think the piece would fit (despite our best efforts we couldn't clear a bend on the stairway) so my wife specifically asked if it would be extra to hoist it up another way. We were assured, this is the price and we'll get it up there by an means. Sounds great so far ... They showed up over an hour early, talked to them (doorbell cam) and said my wife would be home in 15, they didn't sound happy and were already quite rude but I figured they can deal with it. We didn't expect them at that time. When my wife arrived with our two children they apparently weren't any friendlier. It was two guys and when my wife asked about a lift they said "won't need one" ... Ok. After 20 minutes of them banging around and coming to the same conclusion we had they say "well we tried, pay up" ... My wife at first refused to pay because they had accomplished nothing but scratch up the walls the furniture (we had a little as well which is why we decided to hire someone who we figured would know what they were doing) and the hardwood floor but they became quite confrontational so my wife paid to get them out of the house. She immediately called the office, was met with more rudeness and told "we never give guarantees and our guys need to get paid" ... Not entirely sure how that should be out problem. So now we have to cancel the payment through the bank which I'm sure they'll try to dispute. End result, furniture and walls (and hardwood kitchen floor) all damaged (and I admit there was a little damage already but not nearly as much), job not done but we're still out the money which they refuse to reimburse. We ignored the bad reviews here because there were so many good ones, don't repeat our mistakes, find a better company!

Movers were amazing! They showed up on time both days, packed everything so carefully, and got all of our items to our new home safely. They moved us in on the coldest day of the year and we are so appreciative of their hard work. Would 100% recommend them to friends and family

We used Bluemound Moving and Storage in Dec 2023 to load three PODs, initially for storage and then for shipment to TN. Yesterday, we had local movers in TN unload and place the items in our new TN home. They were amazed at the professional level of loading and packing the PODs by the BMS team. I waited to write this review until our stuff arrived, because even though BMS packing was professional and the communication was excellent, the true test is the condition of the items when they arrive at the destination. Not one item was damaged! I cannot recommend BMS enough!! Unfortunately, I can’t remember the name of the three gentlemen we had load us in WI, but I will not hesitate to tell all of my family and friends about our awesome experience. Well done!

Best move/movers we've ever had!! We have moved many times and never had such a positive experience that we've had with Bluemound Express. They were on time, courteous, and worked hard on the hottest day of the year. We had a lot of heavy pieces, some with glass, and everything was moved in pristine condition. We have tried to save a little bit of money in the past moving and it all comes out in the end when your move is stress free and done efficiently without issue. I can't thank them enough!!
