The Smith Dray team was great. All of my belongings made it in great shape and Charles (my driver) was very professional and helpful throughout our move. The staff Cherie and Adrienne were amazing and answered all my questions to ensure I was comfortable and met my budget. A great experience and highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Smith Dray Line. We had to change our move and delivery date twice, once hours before the delivery of our furniture. Cherie, Adrienne, and Kevin handled it without any problems. Kevin and his crew handled our items with extreme care. Nothing broken or damaged. They were complete professionals and just kind gentlemen. Cherie had our estimate within 130 pounds. We sold 3 pieces of furniture before the move and I think she would have been almost exact on the weight. The warehouse gave us almost half of the boxes we needed, including wardrobe boxes. And tons of tape and paper. There was absolutely nothing they could have done better to make our move easier. I am so happy that we went with a Smith Dray.
