I do not recommend them at all, they are useless customer service when to help, The customers behave as if they don't care about the customers when they ask for help. The logistics are simple I provided them with a couple of tracking numbers, and the logic is to go ahead track the packages, and upload the data onto their system so I can see it. But not these people would rather you wait for all paperwork which will delay all processes for me to receive my package.

DO NOT SHIP TO THIS ADDRESS!! For all the online sellers (EBay, Amazon, Etsy etc), BE AWARE! If you receive any orders that are associated with this address, GO AHEAD AND CANCEL THE ORDERS. Do not ship your products! I sold 5 items that are shipped to this address on EBay (all different buyers, same address), none of them got delivered. They all opened cases saying item not received. The address is a FRAUD!!!

Thieves (Ladrones) 80+% of the packages shipped are stolen in their facilities. BEWARE >> USPS and the employees have an internal organization to disappear shipments. Not scanning packages at their location will be the perfect excuse to leave the door open to clients to open cases and get refunds, when packages in reality were delivered to BM Cargo. You will never ever will get a returned package from BM Cargo. 100% stolen there. Investigation should be opened against this company Company should be fined and closed by the City of Doral (Miami) with many of their employees in jail including their Directors.
