BM towing made a stressful experience so much less stressful. The dispatcher, Victoria was so kind and quick to get the information she needed to send out a truck. The truck arrived in less than 30 minutes and the driver, Shawn, went above and beyond to make sure that three women were not left alone on the side of the road. He waited until our ride arrived and took the car directly to the dealership for us. He even helped fill out the paperwork needed for late night drop off and made sure we were all good to go before heading out. I am saving this company to use if I ever need a tow truck again in the future and sharing their info with everyone I know.

Fantastic response, wonderful to work with and the best price in the Columbus area. Without a doubt when you are in need give them a call. It will be the only one you make!!! Not only did we get the load delivered and the customer happy but they did it in record time!

I would give absolutely NO stars at all !!!!Watch out when you call a towing service, I had a really bad accident a hit and run and called BM Towing for there service they said it would be 125$ plus tax and I accepted then they called back couple minutes later and stated the charge was now 225$plus tax due to the crash and service and so I accepted. Next day I come and pay for the truck and my total is 1000$ I was flabbergasted on the price when they gave me a total different one. The ladys there were very rude both the receptionist and the manager there basically said they cant help me you have to pay… they were charging cleaning, oil spill, cleaning for the tow it was ridiculous absolutely very bad experience the company does not respect the prices nor call you back and say it will be more than they originally have said.. definitely do not recommend at all …ask questions get informed before they surprise you with this large amount!!!! Luckily I have everything in video and have presented to my attorney… para toda mi gente porfavor no vengan a esta compañía son mentirosos, mal educados, y te dicen un precio y cuando llegas te cobran el triple de lo que originalmente dijeron no respetan y no se comunican para nada!!!!!
