Absolutely ridiculous. My son was in the restroom they rang once got back in their truck and left 8 min later without ringing the bell again. I spoke with a supervisor who asked me to send him RING footage and they would see about getting me rescheduled. So I spent my time doing that and he then ghosted me. So I called the office and Danella said she could reschedule for today....she asked for an additional phone number. I gave it to her. Today arrived and no confirmation came so I called and left a message asking for a call. No call. So I call back and she tells me it was cancelled and that my account was cancelled. I hung up. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE!!

Paid for "white glove service". They were supposed to give me 20min notice and carry the rocking chair into my house. Instead they arrived within 10min of calling me. I couldn't answer the door at that point so they left it out in front of the house. Horrible service. I was literally waving an chasing them down the street hoping they would not to drive away less than 15min after they first called me. I hope small businesses look elsewhere for the white glove service that they promise their clients.

Had delivery set up, had to go back in the house w/ phone in car ,came back saw missed call, no voice message left tried to call back the number many times no answer , text the number no response , called BMD the next working day , women answered and said well they give 3 mins for a called back (which I did NOT know that,) but I stated I don't even know if it is your guys or just a missed dialed number, but no answer, then my camera goes off at the house and appears to be them based off white box truck in background, and why would they not try to call again if it was them the 1st time, if a 4 hour window is what is set for delivery / pick up . she really had no answer and could not set a new time other then tell me they will call me "today or tomorrow " with a date , but per sony they will call to set w/ me what works, but BMD says well have to see when back in the area. FYI BMD have your drivers leave a message , since people have no idea who called since none was left, and try to call back again we will see how this goes , will post again when things are done right .

The company sent the wrong pieces a second time. The guys who handled the delivery went above and beyond what was required. They were respectful and were amazing. Thank you Javier and Arturo!!!
