99% of every parcel delivery issue I have ever had has been with BNI/Bonshaw. It's been a peaceful past year where I hadn't had this company forced on me for the past year, but I sensed immediate dread as soon as I saw this company labeled as the delivery service for a recent Amazon purchase. It is now several days late with zero updates. (Update: It never arrived, labelled "lost", can't even try to re-order because it was limited stock.) I've heard that this is an abusive toxic employer who pays minimum wage, and delivery drivers usually driver beater cars. Packages often go "missing" and often mishandled. Is it pouring rain outside? Well, instead of putting it somewhere sheltered from the rain, wrapping it in plastic, or even bothering to knock at your door, they'll just toss a delicate package upside down in the pouring rain and speed off while your package gets destroyed. It takes talent to manage a rating as low as 1.5 after over 300 ratings. Please do New Brunswick a favour, and just... stop. Stop delivering, stop existing as a company.

Terrible, lazy delivery driver. Pictures shown are of the area they left my package, in the pouring rain. The envelope was disintegrated. They could have easily put under my eaves, which would have been out of the rain. It's only the one driver who does this every time. Our other driver is awesome!

Dumped the parcel at our back door. Unfortunately, and typical for these morons, the parcel is not ours. It belongs to an address 30km away from where we live. The only thing we share with the recipient is the number 7. Until Amazon fiures this company, people's parcels will go missing. I loathe these dolts.

The delivery service of this company working for Amazon is appalling. Packages delivered to wring address, left out near the street in the middle of the driveway where they can be stolen. We pay for a delivery service of a parcel not a newspaper thrown from the street.

I find bonshaw logistics very difficult to get in contact with this is becoming a problem when I tried to use there phone number, it is very clear they do not care about their customers. I have 2 parcels that was suppose to be delivered by the 27th of May and I want to know where they are and I just can't seem to talk to no one. Your lucky to get one star .
