My experience with BNT movers was amazing! They were punctual, moved at a very fast yet safe pace. They were cautious not to damage any of the furniture or walls in the house. Very very very reasonable pricing and they charge you based on time used. The 3 movers that helped move my storage unit to my new house were in and out in less than 3 hours! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a moving service.

Where do I start...BNT moved us back in Oct. 2020. Crew arrived ~1.5hrs late. 5 movers showed up, if I recall there was only suppose to be 4, but it didn't matter, all the 5th person did was follow us around & talk our ears off(as if moving isn't stressful enough). Of the other 4 it appeared only 1 knew how to load the truck. Another busted hump pretty good, the last 2 - not so much...Lot of standing around watching the 1 guy pack the truck! Move took longer then expected & if something didn't fit out of the doorway, "force it" seemed to be the motto. By the end of the night it was like twisting their arms to put the stuff where we wanted it & at that point they were just putting it anywhere. Things that got damaged: 1. Wall corner on leaving old home. 2. Multiple walls/ceiling in new home. 3. Cellar stairway walls(instead of walking around the outside & coming in the walk-in basement door they thought going through the house & down was a better way). 4. Multiple pieces of furniture damaged(1 noticed after 90 days while moving a room around) - Was told sorry it's longer than 90 days, nothing we can do! The only credit we received was $300 off to cover the repair/repainting damages from the destroyed walls & we didn't get charged for the 5th person(you know, the 1 that followed us around, talked our ears off & didn't do squat). Do yourself a favor, hire a bunch of high school kids, buy a couple pizzas & have them move you... it will be less aggravation! If I could rate BNT -5 stars I would! Worst/most stressful moving company ever!!!

The best movers. I have used them twice and recommended them to many others. All agree pleasant, professional, prompt and best price.

We found it very unprofessional that the movers directly told us what they wanted us to tip the movers in cash, “to make the guys happy.” What they requested was, quite literally, a 100% tip, in cash, on top of a card payment for the same amount. In what world do you expect a 100% tip?? To top it off, trying to get into bed that night, we discovered the supports on our bed were not even attempted to be put back together correctly, with the support legs loose and the beams not screwed down. Would like to know where all those screws went! Because they were previously in my bed frame! Same as others have mentioned, scratches on walls as well. Not pleased!
