I just bought a used Niemeyer upright, needless to say it was way out of tune! Robert’s online scheduling was a breeze, got a confirmation the day before, he was right on time, went right to work on the tuning! He found a few hammers that had come loose, and a couple other things I cannot remember, anyways, he fixed them! Super happy with how the whole interaction went. I absolutely recommend him to anyone in need of his services, if you value your time and a quality tune, Robert is the One!
