I purchased a 2024 Escape in August. I am a retiree and found the salesman to be friendly and mindful of my budget. The salesman gave me options until we found the gasoline powered Escape I wanted. The purchasing process was quick, and painless. The staff was friendly and professional. I also have used the garage to repair my 2011 Escape, and past cars. I find the mechanics and support staff knowledgeable and friendly. My maintenance had always been performed with skill and timely. I had spinal surgery in 2023 and used the garage valet service for maintaining my 2011 Escape. The individual picking up and returning my SUV did so cheerfully and he took care of my vehicle. I would give all aspects of Bob Thomas a score of 10 out of 10. This felt more like a family experience than a sales experience.

I have a 2012 Ford Focus with 265K miles. The door wouldn’t shut. The waitlist at all Ford dealerships were long plus a new door latch would have to be ordered. About an hour after I told them to order the part, they called me back and said they had the part in stock and could get me in next day. I dropped it off that day but it was almost closing time and I told them that my door was being held on by my belt and therefore the windows were both down. They offered to bring it inside and before I left, I did see them bring it in. The very next morning they called and said it was ready to go. No charge. Extremely fast service. Can’t get that kind of service at BMW or Mercedes! I’ve had the nightmare experiences of dealing with the local Hyundai and Dodge dealers so it was refreshing to know that in 2024 there still is a business out there that puts effort into their work and they don’t rip off their customers. I actually used to own a used car dealership until recently. 99% of the happy customers never left reviews but the occasional ticked off customer along with my competitors and random people would leave negative feedback. I was still the highest rated dealer in Indiana and Bob Thomas treated me like I treated my customers. They went above and beyond to give me great service. Therefore I felt the need to write a positive review to tell others about my experience. If the people with positive experiences with Bob Thomas would take the time to leave positive feedback, I’m sure their rating would be a 4.9. For me they were perfect. Thank you Bob Thomas Ford!

This dealership and their staff was on it from the minute I was on their website. The internet salesperson contacted me, and then Jim from the dealership called me. Everything went quickly and smoothly from beginning to end. I love my vehicle, and look forward to working with them in the future. Jim made sure my phone was connected properly, and showed me how to work everything in the vehicle. Josh was quick with completing all the finance paperwork, and getting it to my son 1,000 miles away, and I was given a rebate for my son's military service. Went to drive a 2023 mach e gt which went fine, salesman showed no interest in talking about lease or purchase options even though we expressed wanting to get one. I asked about incentives (since ford is offering them especially on 2023’s) they said they were not doing any specials on the vehicle. 24 hrs later, we purchased a 2023 mach e gt from Ohio with the same options and the $9300 ford motor company incentives…… not sure why they didn’t want to work with us but maybe it was towards the end of the day?? Anyways, we did appreciate the test drive as it helped us in our decision to buy the same car at another dealer. Small town dealers are the way to go. Hopefully this helps bob thomas get better.

I went into the dealership to just look at the Bronco's in stock to see if any met my wish list of options. Zach met me at the door and we got right to work. Zach had a couple in stock that fit my requirements and over the next 1/2 hour he put together a deal I couldn't refuse. The whole process through delivery was seamless and efficient.
