I hired NL Wilson to move houses. The move seemed fairly uneventful. However, the moving men ripped a large hole in my Sleep Number mattress air chamber, and did not report it to me. Set up of this bed was delayed because of a problem with the electrical outlet, so I did not discover the damage until after the electrician had been in to replace the outlet. I immediately contacted NL Wilson, and was instructed to fill out a claim form and did so with documentation. Since then I have called and emailed them repeatedly, even filing a complaint with a Better Business Bureau, and they refuse to reply. I have asked for the name of their liability carrier so that I could file a claim directly with their insurance, but again no response. I will be forced to file in small claims court to recover the expense for the damage to my bed. Extremely unprofessional way of doing business. Do not recommend.

Best moving company and experience I have had over 10 different professional moves. Very experienced team that communicated well, worked hard, and worked to address all of our concerns and ensure all of our things made it to our new home intact. I couldn't expect anything more from a moving company.

The service and professionalism were beyond expectation! Teresa was great to work with for scheduling; she also called ahead of the move to confirm and helped coordinate last-minute changes with the move crew. The company had very timely responses both by email and phone and the move crew was very professional and well-prepared for the move; very efficient with no wasted time. They were neat and tidy and left both locations very clean. They were courteous to our neighbors and respected both environments. We have moved many times and this was best crew we've worked with—hands down! I cannot give them a higher recommendation. I hope we don't have to move again, but if we do, we'll definitely use them!

I hired this company to move furniture from Lawrence to Olathe. They arrived on time, professional in caring for the items, worked quickly and our crew was very respectful and pleasant. Garrett was easy to work with on the phone to set up our move and Theresa was helpful when I called with questions. I would hire them again.
