Weeks after obtaining estimates and reading reviews, Bold Moving and Storage remained our first choice. In addition to having NO hidden fees coupled with the most reasonable cost, Joe provided exceptional customer service. I had no doubt that Bold Moving and Storage was trustworthy! The moving team, lead by O’Neill was accommodating, tedious, diligent, and quick. Everything was wrapped and padded for any situation. They checked in regularly to make sure everything was packed correctly. I didn’t touch or lift a thing. Made moving easy and stress free! Thank you Joe and Bold Moving and Storage!

Eli and Rodney were amazing! We had over 100 boxes and they fit the boxes like magicians. They spent a lot of time here and were extremely careful and nice. Such great people and so flexible. They moved stuff from NJ and it’s being delivered to Florida. Hats off to Rodney and Eli for being so easygoing and extremely efficient and lovely. Best of luck to them! Highly recommend

Excellent service Michael and Bill were great. Helpful and kept in touch. I did not worry about any of my stuff. Sharon was also great. I moved from Florida to Virginia and they did a really good job! The set all my furniture up the way I wanted and put it back together quickly! i would definitely recommend! Of note my friend used them for a similar move and they did a great job for her too!

We just completed our move from Washington, DC to Boston, MA including 2 months of storage with Bold Moving and overall the experience was alright - probably a case of you get what you pay for. John walked us through the process and explained every detail thoroughly, as well as answered all of my questions. He was very helpful. Day of pickup went smooth too. Our movers were on time, courteous and careful. When it came to the move to Boston I would have liked to see better communication as to when our items may arrive. I found it difficult to get Bold Moving to reach out with estimates on our delivery and instead had to call every 2-3 days for status updates - most of the time getting a response around the lines of “dispatch hasn’t updated us yet”. We just couldn’t get an answer. In reality this was a mild annoyance, however, it did keep us wondering for 10 days when our items would be delivered (note - we did not pay for a guaranteed delivery date and therefor did not expect our items to arrive quickly). We were then notified 24 hours in advance when the movers would deliver our items. Again another annoyance, but thankfully we work from home and it wasn’t a big deal for US. When it came to delivery everything went totally smooth. The movers were on time, courteous and careful with our stuff again. We are happy to report our items in good condition. Overall would we use Bold Moving again or recommend to a friend? Maybe? This was our first move with movers so its hard to say how much better or worse it gets. We understand coordinating an interstate move is difficult and next time we may pay a bit more for guaranteed delivery

Moved from NY to SC and had a great experience with Bold. Their pricing was upfront. Every one I worked with and spoke to was incredibly helpful. They honored my delivery date request. All of my furniture was reassembled upon delivery, as promised. The movers who loaded and unloaded the truck were all so friendly, hardworking, and thorough. I would absolutely recommend Bold for any long distance move!
