I have accepted deliveries multiple times from Bonnie Speed and called into their office as well. Each time, the customer service reps and the delivery people have been very polite, helpful and efficient. I was especially impressed with the people who answer the phones. Very courteous and professional. I always feel confident when I know my delivery is being handled by Bonnie Speed.

Our experience is good... especially with our courier named Chris. He shows up with a positive attitude and does his job. He doesn't stand around with his hands in his pockets like a lot of couriers we've seen. This guy works! Keep the good ones! Thank you Bonnie Speed and thank you Chris!

Rudest group of people I have ever met, I can't believe how incompetent this staff is. I work for a hospital for which I see these people very often. In order to enter the hospital you must be screened for a temperature and must use hand sanitizer.. I cant tell you how many times these staff members have refused hand sanitizer or have even just wiped it on their clothes. How hard is it to practice safety , especially in the hospital? Disgusting group of people.
