I know you hear the old saying ( they treat you like family all the time) from lots of companies. But booker really does, everyone hear is so friendly and easy to talk to. The dispatch team are some of the best dispatches I’ve ever worked with. The office staff takes care of business asap. And the maintenance department is top shelf I’m not sure how many trailers they have but they stay on top of their equipment. If you are an O/O and looking for a new home and like running ( between the hills) only ( mid-west) lanes that’s what we do. Check them out or call them. PS give them my name I would like to earn the ( tires for life)😂😂 Stay safe see ya in the Montfort lane

Came over from Landstar, and I gotta say, Booker is the place to be for owner operators! They take very good care of their o/os, the rates are great even in this tough market, everyone treats you like a human being, not just as a truck number or dollar sign. I'm here for the long run, if your an owner operator and want respect and the ability to earn for you and your family, come to booker! You won't regret it.

Was excited to work for them. However while on the phone with the recruiter and filling out the application. Wasn't told they didn't hire drivers for a fleet owner, was actually told the opposite and on the application was told to mark that option. Sent in all required documents and waited to hear back, unfortunately waited over a week and decided to call them. I asked if I was good to start and told I was, but then told I wasn't. It's not a good look when deception and misleading is your first introduction to a company.

Decent company rates were pretty good for the market conditions. They dispatch you for the most part. The percentage is kind of low at 72 and not really going to California is why I left. But overall a good company for the most part

I was hired on to start work May 1st. Spent several hundred dollars to get to Amarillo orientation only to be fired the first day because my truck broke down and was unable to take a load. I believe in respect for mankind being a Combat Marine Veteran of 11 years with 3.8 years over seas In The Middle East. This is a trucking industry with break downs not uncommon. Thank You Booker for exposing your true colors early in the game!!
