Movers were awesome - reached exactly on time at 8am and we were done in 8 hours. We had a 3 bedroom house and a lot of furniture. The guys were awesome and they did not say no to any of our requests or said that this is too tough. We got them a good lunch and gave them a good tip because we were so happy with their service. I had to drop off a snow blower to a friends place on the way - and they said of course we can do that! Great company and priced very well too!

We had a great experience with Alex and his crew as we moved out of Boston to a metrowest suburb! They were amazingly efficient getting everything out of our apartment, and handled our bigger furniture items with care. They arrived exactly at 8am and finished our 2 bedroom apartment to townhouse in just about 5 hours. Worth every penny and would definitely use them again!

We went with Boston Best Rate Movers for 2 different moves in the Boston area. Angelica is very helpful over the phone with scheduling moves and answering questions. Their prices are great, and (for the most part) the movers both times moved quickly and took good care of our things. Both lead movers were always very friendly, professional, and communicative. Unfortunately, on our most recent move an item (a new pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses) went missing. The lead mover said he recalled seeing it exactly where I left it on my bedside table, but he did not pack that area (I believe him since he was busy taking larger items out and overseeing the other movers). However, the glasses were nowhere to be found even while everything else that it was next to was packed together. I don’t know what the other movers on the team said about the matter. We unpacked all our boxes and even went back to the old townhouse to make sure it wasn’t left behind. Customer service wasn’t very helpful since I had to submit a claim through a different company not even based in Massachusetts. I was told to expect a response in about 90 days. I’d probably still use this company in the future, but it’s really unfortunate that something of value is missing and the issue won’t be resolved for months (if ever).

I would like to write poems about Boston Best Rate Movers, but it will still fall short for describing how MAGNIFICENT they are! From Angelica who answered my call to the BEST TEAM they sent me Eddie, Chris and Josue absolute joy to deal with! The Team was polite, efficient, courteous, swift, respectful, honest and very careful with everything they handled from the third floor in Boston narrow staircase. They are the greatest MOVERS I have ever met and I thank them from the depths of my heart. The price was fair and moderate. I will never call another company to move us again; I give them ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
