I never had any problems with this Company. Very professional, nice, and helpful. They pay Detention and has very good rates. I can send them an email if I'm near one of their lanes, and they call their customers and find me a load. Keep up the good business you guys are doing. Need more Brokers like yall! Has not paid a load ran in April. I get multiple emails of lies about payment being sent but months later nothing. Seems like their bond is canceled I wouldn’t even try collecting from them. Get legal involved or their bond right away. Crooks that need taught a lesson.

We run under BTS Express. LOAD NUMBER : 0049871. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS Company. We are waiting for our payment for more than 3 months now. Lies after lies every other day and Garrett is changing pay date every time we contact them. We will get Collection involved in this and call their customer for payment. I am writing here because Garrett emailed our company and told us that a check is on the way, when actually we did not receive any of the checks /payments!!!! It’s been more than 3 months, and the reviews here are for real!!! Dear Garrett, while you may not show a “open balance for BTS Dispatch” in that review, our owner wrote you that they run their business under “BTS Express”, they are in the business for over 11 years, the only “discrepancy “ is with “Bowers Trucking Inc” not paying the people that are hauling for them, it’s their MONEY that you owe !!! P.s just a heads up: their bond it’s cancelled!!!!

Left me with a $32480 wrecker bill plus damage/ loss of cargo after doing business with them since 2018 would not recommend them haul anything you value. Only way I found out was using my own GPS in cargo to see the truck has not moved in 18 hours after being told it was “stuck in mud” pictures show what really happened Update it’s been 3 years I was never paid back or reimbursed for the wrecker bill stay away shady company I submitted all paperwork to insurance was denied stay away
