I had booked Box Brothers a week or 2 out from my actual move date, and I noticed some of the reviews that were low stated they were unprofessional and overcharge but I still decided to go with them because of how close they were. I attempted to call them a week ago to make sure someone would be available for me to pick up my truck @8am on the dot since I had people coming to help me move... they never responded, so here I am a day before pickup trying to reach them and they still dont answer and return VM so I had to call Penske and have them switch locations because I couldn't afford to be without a truck on my move out day. I would HIGHLYYYY recommend AVOIDING this place! Very UNPROFESSIONAL in every aspect & I still have yet to speak with someone from this place.

Lately I've been needing odd shaped boxes to ship out a bunch of stuff from my eBay account. Terry is so very helpful and knows where every box is in that place. In no time we had the perfect box for every shipping size I've came in there with. I highly recommend this pace for your box shipping needs.

I rented a 16 foot truck and verified on pickup that it had 330 miles to empty on the tank per the digital dashboard. I then drove it for just over 50 miles. I stopped for gas about 8 miles from their location to refuel the truck before returning the same night. I filled it back up and dropped it back off with 332 miles range according to the digital dashboard again. They charged me an additional $50 to fill the truck up on top of my bill because even though the meter showed full and i returned it with more range than when I left, they took it upon themselves to charge me $10 per gallon to "refuel" it anyways. Additionally, that is well in excess of the milage I drove at ~16 miles per gallon averaged by the rented vehicle plus the several gallons of gas that I had already added. I will be disputing this surcharge with Penske and American Express unless Box Brothers cares to correct it first.

The Box Brothers saved me! I had oddly shaped large bundles that needed to go out to 10 addresses across the country. They picked up, packed and shipped in less than a week and all shipments arrived by FedEx ground quickly with no hassle. Terry was a pleasure to work with. They gave me a fair rate. I would gladly turn to them in the future for my business shipping needs.

Terry was incredible! We had ordered a 26 ft. Penske truck. However, when we arrived we realized the truck was way too big for us and we didn't feel comfortable driving it. Unfortunately, we didnt realized this until Terry had spent 10 min. meticulously and skillfully moving it into the alley (very tight fit!). Terry didn't bat an eye when we told him we would prefer a smaller truck! He kept a big smile on the entire time and beyond polite and helpful. I cant say enough about how helpful this place has been. Highly recommend!
