The easy of their communication was exceptional, they never minded that I just texted, as I travel for work, and it is hard to pin down times to call. From the initial inquiry to the final delivery, the team at Box Truck Moving kept me informed every step of the way. The movers were true professionals. They arrived on time and managed all my belongings with care. From delicate items to heavy furniture, everything was carefully packed, loaded, and secured in their spacious box truck. I was particularly impressed by their efficiency and expertise in maneuvering through tight spaces in a small old home. Additionally, they didn't even need me to unload my huge toolbox- which was a bear too move. Upon arrival, all my items were unloaded with great care. It was evident that they treated my belongings as if they were their own. One of the reasons I reached out is the big companies were SO EXPENSIVE – even though my home was pretty small (925sq ft plus garage and basement) Box Truck’s pricing was fair and transparent. The final cost matched the initial estimate, and there were no hidden fees or surprises. There were ZERO surprise, random service fee, silly business or a random 18% tip included- Box Truck Moving's commitment to honesty and integrity was evident throughout the process, which made me feel confident and valued as a customer. I do not give reviews very often, but felt I took a chance on a small locally owned business (vs the big boys) and wanted to make sure others knew the great service that I received. When things go wrong people are quick to judge but forget to complement when things are right. I would 100% recommend Box Truck Moving to anyone in need of a dependable, professional, and efficient moving service. Box Truck Moving did a wonderful job with my move. They were easy to communicate with, always early or right on time, and moved me across the country with ease. They boxed up my items and packaged my furniture with immense care, and all of my items arrived damage-free. I cannot recommend them enough!

Highly recommend for moving. They did an amazing job packaging everything and were extremely quick. I was pleasantly surprised how they maneuvered the stairways to get the big furniture pieces but they did it seamlessly!

Due to medical training, we had done several interstate moves with different movers, and although we rarely post reviews in general, we thought it would be extremely helpful to leave an honest review and let everyone know of Caleb and his great moving company, Box Truck Moving. Box Truck Moving did a wonderful job with our interstate move. They were incredibly kind, honest, dependable, and efficient. We booked the move 2 months prior to the actual move, and there was no last minute change/shuffle in their dates, time, price (despite the inflation including spike in gas prices), or anything else. They came to load the truck in timely fashion. They were highly professional and genuinely nice. They arrived at our destination in the time frame as promised. They were very efficient and skilled at moving all our furnitures and boxes. No damage to any of our furnitures. We cannot emphasize enough how great Box Truck Moving are. Among the several movers (many of whom were good) that we had hired over the last 10+ years, they were hands down the best. We highly recommend Box Truck Moving.

We needed an extremely large area rug picked up and delivered on short notice. Box Truck was able to come in a matter of hours, on time, and delivered everything exactly as promised. Will definitely use again!
