This is the best UPS store of all time. The customer service here is just incredible. I have been here several times for general returns and shipping packages and had fast and meticulous service all times!! They helped me ship multiple boxes for my move to a different city with great care for my packages. Also they accommodated early package drop which was just amazing. This is hands down the only ups store I ever want to visit!

I live upstairs from the UPS Store on Tasman and I have been going to this specific UPS Store for years to handle all of my Amazon returns. All of the staff at this UPS Store are always attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, organized, accommodating, and efficient. In some cases they have even gone above and beyond to help me out. As an example, they did me a one time favor this last time and taped up the torn box at no charge (when I should have needed to buy a role of tape). They make it fast and easy to do returns and it’s a pleasure to be their customer. This is why I gave them the highest rating which they definitively deserve. I highly recommend this location.

The lady who works there was meant to given me a hard time when I was asking to make copies of documents. She was tearing off and was very careless on my documents. When I asked her to make extra copies nicely she would give me an expression that she did not have time to do it, very rude and speaks super loud. She needs to learn how UPS works. Other staffs are fine and nice.

I've been a mailbox customer here for very long time, perhaps 7-8 years. This store has always been good with everything. The current staff is the best. They are so efficient and extremely helpful. Great quality service. Love them! Highly recommend if you're looking to rent a mailbox.

Mari has been incredibly helpful over the past couple of weeks. Came in to ask questions and prices for packing and shipping a computer. She was incredibly patient, kind, and informative. When I came back to have my computer packaged she went over options and packaged 2 computers herself for us!!
