Last yr , I had my finger prints scanned. So I returned, thinking I would get the same excellent customer service. Unfortunately, it was the opposite . I walked in and a bell rang when I entered. I saw someone sitting behind the counter on his phone. I thought he was a customer too. So I patiently waited near the copy machine. After 5 mins, I walked up to the counter. That person behind the counter noticed me and he said. "How can I help you." I let out a chuckle and replied. "Oh I thought you were a customer". Anyway, I told him what I wanted. Apparently, its under a new ownship and they're in the process of applying to get approved to scan fingerprints. Of course, I had to find another location which offered Live Scan, which I wasn't thrilled about. Hopefully, when i come back. They'll be fully operational.

Female employee or owner was helpful and friendly. The pickup process was easy and smooth. Now for the UPS review regarding the hours of operation for this location. UPS believes this location is open from 9am-7pm, effecting their delivery dropoffs and its their doing. The employee/owner assured me she told them of her new hours a YEAR ago. Yet UPS tells me expected delivery from 4:30-7:30. So beware, you may get a missed delivery like me because UPS fails to update on their end. Five stars for the customer service and willingness to help. UPS, however, will be getting a different review separately. You have been warned.

My personal experience with this shop has been very positive. I have used this business for many services including having my taxes done here, using the printing machines, live scan(finger printing) and notary public. I also frequently mail things from this store. I've now been coming here for years. Why come here instead of FedEx or Kinkos, or the post office? The proprietor is a wonderful woman who provides a very high standard of services. The prices are often better than FedEx or USPS. And all transactions are conducted in a timely and professional manner. It is worth waiting for her services instead of going else where. I would compare her to an expert mechanic, where as the competition is like going to a national chain mechanic like Midas. You get better service with mailboxandmore. Sometimes she is busy, just be patient and wait, you will be much happier that way. She is much more honest and straight forward than any other business I have used in the past. If you want to be treated like a person and a valued customer, this is the place.

Stopped by at 10:30am to pick up UPS packages. Nobody home. Stopped by again at noon - she said oh yeah I was across the street at the bank at 10:30. So what are the actual business hours? Whatever they feel like. I called UPS and complained. Hopefully they stop using this facility.

Do not send packages from this location unless you want a bigger headache. We gave the women our full shipping address + apartment # she left out our apartment number. Then we gave her our ID for our return to sender address she didn't even use that she just used whatever address was already in her system. This place is unorganized and not responsible. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else to send your packages.
