I very much LOVED my entire experience with BoxUp! It was so smooth and I appreciated the fact that you are able to keep their equipment for up to 2-3 weeks. I find that their operation runs smoothly and they have a wonderful concept. I had great service throughout my journey. I was in touch with them a few times as I had questions and wanted to deliver the boxes myself back to their main hub and they were most accomodating. The boxes arrived on time - they were all clean and ready to go. What I MOST enjoyed and appreciated were their over size packing bags that you can fill up with blankets, cushions and clothes and also the plates and glasses seperators. Those are brilliant and saves you a bunch of time - no need to wrap up your glasses and plates individually. Its important to keep our planet healthy!!! This company is certainly green and enviromentally friendly. Thank you for existing BoxUp. We need more companies like you that care for our planet. I'll be calling you for my next move and not to mention that I will be refering you to the people I know for their moves.

This is a long overdue review, but better late than never! I’ve used BoxUp twice over the years and they are fantastic. The crates are heavy duty and extremely sturdy, and perfect for moving. Drop off and pickup at our building was super convenient and easy peasy. We are about to move again. I did more research as usual, to make sure I was getting the best value, and BoxUp still provides the best prices and options. Last time, we moved from a 1-br with den, and ordered the 1-br package and bought cardboard wardrobe boxes separately to save a few bucks but this time I think we will just rent the wardrobe boxes. It’s a minimal price difference and I think it will be much easier and sturdier. Absolutely recommend BoxUp!!!!

Boxup was seriously such a wonderful part of our move. We went with the 2 bedroom package since we have a LOT of stuff and it was perfect! The boxes themselves are really great- the perfect size for 95% of our stuff (we had a few oversized items). Their construction gave us good piece of mind that it didn't matter how we/our movers stacked them. No collapsed boxes of dishes here! They were also so accommodating with drop off and pick up, coming a couple days early to pick up the boxes since we were all unpacked! Have already recommended the company to friends getting ready to move. Really takes a lot of stress out and really nice to not have a pile of empty cardboard boxes to throw out.

I love boxup rental. I've used them twice for a residential and both experiences were so easy. Lily is the best, she is very responsive and accommodating. I also love these boxes so much more than cardboard boxes. Not only is it less waste but they are much easier for me to lift and move around!
