Initially I was happy because they were able to handle a short notice move and when they arrived, they were cheerful and funny. Unfortunately, the joke cracking, talking about personal dating stories, and NBA championships left them not listening to instructions and working slowly. I hired them because my back was injured and because they were so slow, I ended up moving all the lighter boxes myself. At the end I was happy to just be done with the move, but they wanted cash payment/venmo and wouldn't give me a receipt. They also used a uhaul truck, wanted me to reimburse their gas, and I had to provide a handtruck (or they'd bill me for renting one from uhaul). The worst part was at the end, I found one of my pieces of furniture was damaged thru the foam and wrap on it. When I showed them pictures, they denied it was them! In short, totally unprofessional, and I would have been better off having my friends rent a uhaul and help me. Edit - 1/5 stars now due to their response.... Apparently the owner doesn't understand what "defamation" is and doesn't think people should provide honest accounts of their experiences with their shady company. It's ridiculous that their response was that I am leaving a negative review for "some hidden reason". The review above clearly states why I was upset and they just ignored it. Again, I could have saved money and gotten done faster with less damage if I had just had friends help me using a UHaul like the one they rented. I told them I would move the light boxes to speed things up because they were taking too long chatting and not working efficiently. Look at other reviews to see the pattern of slow work and lack of professionalism and accountability. You might get lucky and not have an issue, but if you do, you'll have wished you went with a real company.

Robin saved our bacon two weekends ago when the moving company we had booked completely bailed on us halfway through loading our truck. He and his associate were the first company we called willing to even come out. They came out, finished loading our truck quickly and professionally (in the pouring rain no less), followed us to our destination and unloaded us with amazing speed. They even broke down an old desk we wanted take to the dumpster in about 10 minutes (which the former moving company had flat refused to even touch). I cannot say enough good things about Robin. He is awesome. I would recommend him to anyone.

Our first time using Boy Wonder Logistics was a great experience. We asked for a two-person crew for 4 hours. Robin and coworker showed up on time, quickly loaded the truck, followed us to the new place and unloaded it into all of the appropriate rooms. Done in under 2 hours! They were very courteous and careful. We would highly recommend Boy Wonder Logistics for any move, big or small.

When they arrived they immediately went to work unloading 3U boxes. I was impressed With their work especially since I live on the second floor and they had to carry heavy pieces of furniture upstairs. No complaints. They were very efficient and professional. I enjoyed talking to them. They even offered to put my bed together. Very pleased. Would hire them again and I highly recommend them.

Robbin will say this review is a fabrication as he stated to me about any prior less than 5 star reviews. They arrived late, took longer than expected, charged more than expected, and said he'd send over a reciept but did not do so That being said all my stuff arrived at the new place mostly undamaged. Not the best but not the worst.
