Boyer Rosene/Bekins was across the board an absolutely fantastic company to work with. Jim M. initially came to our home and walked through the entire process with us. He was VERY thorough and we knew exactly what to expect. We had several points of contact before, during, and after the move. Anna G. in the office was our 2nd point of contact and she was very helpful and amazing as well. During our move process, we had a delay with the seller, which caused us some major stress, being that we were not able to get into our new house when we thought we would be there. Boyer Rosene was able to work with us, adjust their schedule and alleviate the stress. They were absolutely the best part about our cross country move. I would recommend them to anyone in need of moving services. I truly cannot express enough how easy and stress free they are to work with!

Boyer Rosene was FANTASTIC in every way shape and form. Our office move couldn't have gone smoother. It was a first time office move for everyone at our company, so we were a little nervous about the scale of the move being too large to manage. However, Ben was incredible to work with - very communicative, answered every question I had under the sun and provided clarity at every step of the way. Not once did I doubt their ability, and we didn't have a single issue on actual moving day. The crew was incredibly professional and they worked quickly! I contacted four union commercial moving companies for this move, and not a single one was as responsive and helpful as Boyer Rosene was. I will recommend them a million times over. Thank you for everything!

We had a very good experience with Boyer- Rosen Bekins. Dean was very clear in what the process was all about, very transparent with the various costs and importantly very easy to communicate with and get a hold of. Anna , as well was there for us every step of the way. The team came , loaded up our furniture and boxes in a very timely manner. They were extremely courteous, polite and efficient. The team at the other end, as our move was across the Midwest to the northeast, also were extremely polite and efficient. And most importantly all of our furniture and other items arrived safely without any damage. I highly recommend Boyer-Rosene movers!

Easy to do business with. Delivered in the window promised. Guestimate of total weight was really close. Load teams were great and the unload team was great as well. Painless move from IL to FL

Impressed with estimate and quoting process. Pack up seemed to work however upon unpacking not a lot of common sense - let’s pack a safe on top of a record player in a box with no protection as an example. Delivery/move in - unprofessional crew, brand new house/new construction and damaged hardwood floor and a wall upon moving furniture in. Claiming since we did not mention on the day cannot prove house already was that way. Hard to prove when the movers began getting aggressive once we called them out for some of the broken furniture. Multiple items damaged and now going through gauntlet for resolution. One mover was sweating so profusely he was dripping all over our house. Course language in front of our kids as well while moving in. They have moved multiple times including internationally and have not had any issues.
