Whoever works in the office and answers the phone could use some practice on their customer service skills. I was criticized for misplacing my tax return from several years ago as well as was told that normally our emails are password protected with sensitive info but mine was not because I filed my return with “safe send.” She was not able to explain to me why my email was not protected and was not able to answer on why we are using such software that is called “safe send” when indeed it does not sound very safe. I don’t do my taxes here anymore and I’m very thankful for that.

First scheduling an appointment was as easy as picking up the phone. When we got in Brad made my family's tax issues look EASY. He helped me and my wife understand the process. The whats and whys we had he was able to explain them. I am forever greatful of the on going great night sleep I have knowing the IRS is no longer out to get me. I will be back for sure.
