I cannot leave a low enough rating for this company. They scheduled a 8-10 am window and at 10:15 I had heard nothing. I had to reach out and find out where they were. They did not get to my apartment until 2:15, over four hours late with no explanation. Once there the movers were not apologetic, pretty rude, and man handled all of my furniture. The movers did not finish until past midnight when they should have been finished at 6:30 (that is what they originally told me). Once I unpacked I realized almost every single piece of furniture I own has a scratch on it, a gouge out of it, or a hole in it. And don't bother with their terrible customer service after the fact-it took multiple days and multiple emails in garbled english before they gave me less than 10% of my moving cost in damages. Save yourself a headache and save your furniture and DO NOT use this company.

I wanted to thank everybody from Braha Moving Company for your excellent, professional service. Extremely timely, efficient and their packing skills were OUTSTANDING. I would have to say, that most items were prepped and packed better than when i initially purchased same items. The company move your staff at convenient for you time, your items can be stored until you would be able to receive them at the end destination. The shipment from Braha Moving Company was delivered this week and everything came in great shape. The move went smoothly, stress free. Would highly recommend this company! Great people from the office to the operations! I would not hesitate to recommend you company to anyone who is considering a move.

Really experienced movers. Excellent customer service. I decided to hire Braha movers based on other reviews and I'm so glad I did. I've moved 6 times in NY and never could find movers as good as these guys. David was very friendly and detailed about the move and what was required to make the move go smoothly. Their rates are straightforward with no hidden fees. The crew was friendly, FAST, professional, and they took great care to make sure my furniture was protected and transported safely. I was really amazed at that level of professionalism.

Braha Moving Systems did a great job for my move. They came on time. Wrapped properly each piece of furniture. Guys were polite and friendly. I was worried about my long dresser but they moved it like a feather. It took a little bit longer than half a day to move 1 bedroom apartment within New York City but definitely stress free. It was my first move and I didn't know how to choose right company. Braha did it amazing work. I would recommend them to my family and friends. Don't think, book them!

Braha Moving really helped me in my move from east coast to west coast. Andy was on top of everything and people who picked up my stuff and dropped them off were all professional, nice, and friendly.
