Mostly self checkout, there are customer service representatives on duty. I shopped for mainly ribbons. Because of graduation week, their selection was very minimal.

I ordered online to pick up a gift for my son. The website said they had it in stock. Got there. No order. Out of stock. Why did I get ready for pickup email. Manager was very rude and has horrible people skills. She was like we cant do anything about it. Talk to customer service. Sloppy employees, not interested in their jobs
