Hands down one of the best moving companies I have worked with. Elsa very quickly got me a contract to ship a piano halfway across the country, which had been a problem for various other movers as well as ones that claimed to specialize in pianos. The movers were prompt and skilled. My cargo was delivered perfectly. Thank you so much!

Yesterday was our second move using Braun. My husband and I were extremely pleased once again with the entire process. From Elsa who coordinated the move, to the 4 men who worked so hard yesterday to make sure my husband and I were happy with the physical move. The movers were very professional, friendly and efficient. I was very worried about moving my chandelier, but they built a crate for it and they were so very careful with it. The chandelier arrived perfectly! 😊 We greatly appreciated their attention to detail and concern for the items being moved. Thank you Braun Moving once again! I would highly recommend Braun moving!

I would give a zero if I was able to ! The workers were fine all but for ruining two expensive antiques, breaking multiple items they packed and items not showing up at all. This was a very expensive interstate move and there was zero communication from the coordinators on my arrival date. When I finally got her on the phone she said we weren’t receiving the whole load and the second half would come within 2 weeks ! Never any calls on this! We pleaded for the rest of our things to be sent asap ! We paid a huge amount of money and Contracted for a full delivery…. Not half and their attitude was purely unacceptable! Multiple emails. Multiple calls unanswered. Even the owner Steve went Mia after they were paid they were done with us ! It’s been 3 months of ongoing nonsense! They took our money and ran ! Buyer be ware ! Look at all the other Braun complaints listed by unhappy customers … I wish I had ! Choose another company who will stand behind their work !

Recently moved from CT to NC, and we were very impressed with and thankful for Braun Moving throughout the whole process. Elsa was very friendly and responsive. The movers were prompt and friendly, and efficient loading and unloading. They moved us out on a Friday and in on Tuesday (we were very happy only having to wait a few days). They were the most reasonably priced moving quote that we received by far, and even the final payment with additional items and boxes we added was very fair. So glad we chose them. I don't think it could have gone any more smoothly.

I used Braun Moving for a short distance move. I was BEYOND impressed. They were on time, clean, quick, and nothing ended up damaged. Both gentleman were courteous. Robin & Chelsea in the office were exceptional. Robin even called the following business day to make sure everything went well. They really do care and know how to make moving a lot less stressful. My move happened all in one day and I will continue to choose Braun Moving. GOOD moving companies are hard to find... GREAT moving companies are even harder to find. I would highly recommend this company!
