I got fired today by this sad/unprofessional/time-wasting company that steals your money & very unorganized from Ray who is not a Boss! His Company was Rayco now Bravo! No applaud 👏🏽 to this staff only Safety who he told go home also for covering me! I had to use my own check to get a Bus home! I have proof to all the wrong doing!! Just like a Driver previously said “equipment is not working properly and have you in hot equipment!” Loads nevertheless are not available when you Reset,empty or otherwise Ready for a load! The Staff should fire themselves! I have proof in the Pudding that this company shouldn’t be in Business! Lower Photo show the actual company put you in unhealthy conditions and APU not working properly! Another driver told me he had him in Laredo for 8days no layover pay, no benefits or incentives/Trust! Ray and company have poor communications! More to come….Stay tuned,Right is Right and Wrong is Left now I have a Violation for a CSA score b/c axle leaking when. Scaled in Tenn. Inspection by State Police 👮‍♀️ so next step is Court.

Just getting started working here and so far they are treating me like the prodigal son. If I was younger I'd ask them to adopt me. Makes me want to work hard and do a good job.

Would give one star. But it wont let me. My company did a service call for them. back in November. There dispatcher gave the wrong directions. took over a hour to find the truck. then once on sight got it fixed and going. Now they refuse to pay there invoice. They wont answer the phone or say you need to talk to Ray. on Jan. 15th talked to Ray the owner or president of the company. He said that the bill was too much for a road service. That took a hour and half on the side of the road to repair. We charge 2 hours minimum. Its a 30 minute drive to were the truck was at even if the directions were right. The invoice is for 3.5 hours of time plus parts. Seems like a shady company. I even offed to knock a half hour off the labor just to settle it. Have yet to get anywhere.

Look at their oos numbers on saferweb. Swift isn't even that bad. Lie and cost people money. It was a road service call in Indiana. Lied and cost me money and didn't want to offset my cost. I used the usdot listed on the trk.
