Docks are small and horrible to back into, and they are very slow to unload. Stay away if possible. I've been here since 8 a.m., and they have only unloaded one truck. They've been working on mine since 10 a.m. It's 1:08 p.m. right now, and they are still going slowly to unload me.

Amazon used this company for a chandelier delivery. The item was never delivered, but Bravo marked it as being delivered. Now I can't locate the item and calls to their office go unanswered.

Ordered some furniture from Article and this company handled the delivery to my home. They were communicative, prompt, and courteous - nothing more to want from a delivery service.

First of all the young men that delivered our item were awesome. However, they delivered a refrigerator but arrived without an appliance dolly or straps. The guys that delivered it had to use our tiny little dolly with flat tires to get our huge refrigerator up the stairs. They eventually got it up our porch stairs and into our kitchen, but just about broke their backs. I asked them why they didn't have an appliance dolly and they said their employer was too cheap to buy one. They said they are wrecking their backs because of it. I called their employer and his response to NOT HAVING AN APPLIANCE DOLLY was that they don't deliver that many refrigerators. We purchased white glove delivery which came with 15 minutes of installation including the water hook up, but they said their boss said no installation because they don't have insurance for that. When I called their employer he confirmed that. If I were them, I would look for another job because their employer is a real jerk.
