Horrible experience with this company. One of the biggest items we needed moved was a treadmill, when we initially called we made sure to ask if we needed to disassemble it due to it being industrial. We were told the movers day of would do it. Day comes & the movers said they couldn’t. When asked about it they claimed the women we spoke with shouldn’t have told us that & that if they could get around to it after everything else was loaded they would. They didn’t even attempt to try & move it or anything. I expressed my dissatisfaction with this to the mover handling the paperwork & he called his boss who didn’t answer. He said he left a message for him & we have yet to hear from him, even after we tried to reach out. They also wouldn’t move clothes that were bagged… loose items I understand but we have had to make several trips since they came to gather the remaining items. For paying over $1000 for the service we should not have had to do this. This company lacks communication & professionalism. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I contacted Brazos Movers with a last minute request to be moved. I was overwhelmed and needed help. The office staff was fantastic. They went above and beyond to make sure they could squeeze me in and communicated with me the entire time, Allison and Halle were so sweet. The movers were the best I have ever seen. Manny and his crew paid attention to detail and finished right at Kylers quote. Will only use Brazos Movers from here on out!!!
