Updated review: I used them to ship my car roughly ~1000 miles. I chose them because they were an affordable option and had been in business for a very long time. There were NO price bait & switch tactics like I have heard other companies frequently do and my car was picked up and delivered within the expected time frame. The car did get some slight damage but after posting a review expressing my dissatisfaction, the companies reached out and the issue was resolved quickly and fairly. I very much appreciate that. They believe the mild damage was truck stop vandalism which is just a risk I suppose you take when you transport a car, regardless of what shipping company you use. I am very grateful the companies at least helped to make it right and turn the overall experience back into a positive one.

Thank you direct express for helping me get my car shipped from Florida to NH so quickly. I had another transport company that I had booked months ago and they never showed up. I would highly recommend this company to get you were you need your car to be. I will definitely be using you again in the fall. Great service, great communication.

I have used this company for transporting car twice from Pittsburgh to Fort Lauderdale . The customer representative Ashley was very friendly and understood my requirements. My son’s new civic was transported and delivered as promised within 5 days . I did recommend them to my son’s friends and they were very happy . I’m very satisfied with the service and would recommend them more

car was damaged upon the delivery, Union five LLC ignored email even if showing them an estimate of damage cost. The delivery guy also does not speak English at all. If something happens to your car during the shipment, they won't even bother to take care of you. I wish I could give 0 star. I had 0 scratches and found out after delivery. They are stating that the scratchers were already there which is completely a joke. I won’t be dealing with this company anymore. They will deliver the car and do the job for you. Good luck doing business with these people

Advice:avoid. Fraud. Price not matching quotes. Manger calling us cheap and telling us there is nothing they can do. When it comes to anonymous online reviews, some might say, only the people who are not satisfied will leave a bad review, and how would I know if they are just here to make us look bad. However, take in the fact that this is not a huge company, perhaps 5-10 shipment at most per day, thus making the time to leave a paragraph long review, is actually speaking the truth and reflecting the service quality they are providing. Per my experience with the company, I would say avoid at all cost. I understand how broker system works but the way they attract the customers is by quoting a lower end price for shipment and later ask for a way higher rate based on 1. No drivers 2. Location issue 3. Longer wait time and with other people paying more than you do, for you to increase the payment. It does not matter who I talked to but the direct quote from the MANAGER was: I have been telling you to pay more to avoid long wait for your vehicle to be shipped. ( way passed the estimated 8 days window) and if you are not willing to pay more, it is possible to wait up to 365 days. There is nothing we can do. There are eight more vehicles besides yours and they are paying (1800,1700,1815,1765,1650,1700,1920,1800) And when I questioned about the quoting estimate, as well as the driver negotiation and arrangement, the MANAGER then again repeated, there is nothing I can do. It is pretty unfortunate how a company dishonored their own professionalism and did not value the importance of transparency and customer support. I do not feel comfortable or worthy to trust and rely on such company again. Hoping this review can help whoever is needing to ship their vehicle safely and timely without being FRAUD.
