Terrible company I work for only 2 days. 23 years as a CDL "A" truck driver, the first day of training I was constantly being criticize about my driving which I have impeccable driving record for years. Plus with his covid-19 situation, they have a posted about City of Gilbert regulation ordinance / mandate on their door but they DON'T stress it at all but their employees. The guy who drove with me a SMOKER, I'm a NON-SMOKER. He DIDN'T put a MASK on and smoked cigarettes in the truck where it's regulated in the company's policy NOT to do so (at least that's why I was told 🤔). Before we started, I let him know that I am not a smoker and I do have a problem with a smoking in truck but he DIDN'T put that in consideration for my health The 2nd day, as you can see the photos. I parked under the scoop of the loader to retrieve a concrete load. I was told to back up so I can get closer while I was backing up I DIDN'T HEAR anything but the loader said I rolled over the concrete and BENT the bumper. I QUICKLY texted a manager (I seen him seating in the truck, analyzing the damage but NOT walking up to me and introducing himself) and told him and also show him the pictures what happened. By the end of the day I was driving back to the yard they said I was fired.. AMAZING, THANK GOD I WAS.🙏🏿

I went to school with the owner (of this organization) since Junior high school. His friends and family speak highly of him to this day. In my mind I have always voted him most likely to succeed. I am so proud - he had done so. He is a great family man; loves his family. The owner of this company is VERY active - giving back to our community. He is very focused and very intent to full-fill his objectives. He accomplishes and takes massive action to move things (with heavy equipment).

I have used Breinholt Contracting on many projects in the past and will continue to use them in the future. From there office staff to there field employees you will be taken care of no matter what size the project is, they have extremely experienced operators and staff. When you are looking for a demolition contractor that you can trust and does high quality work you want Breinholt Contracting on your project. I wouldn't recommend anybody else.
