First time user today for medical transportation. Easy to schedule. Driver (Jennifer) was on time, professional and friendly. Vehicle was perfect for medical transports and very clean. Would highly recommend! Bowling Green area.

Ron and Brenda's transportation is worst transportation company in my area. Yesterday they was supposed to pick me up at 11 at Sky rehabilitation they didn't come till 5.5 hours later. Me and Sky called several times and they kept coming up with excuses but comes up that it boils down that whoever does secures missed things all up. I will never ask for Ron and Brenda's for myself. Also the safety belt to hold wheelchair in place lessened up and I went sideways. I don't blame driver I blame equipment. If you can tell Medicaid transport you don't want to use Ron and Brenda's transportation .

I have yet to meet any of these drivers that I would say are safe and courteous! I meet these drivers all the time and they are very disrespectful and rude!!! Wouldn’t hire them for anything!!! This is in Greensburg KY area. Feel sorry for the elderly they transport.
