Truck 5709 hit my truck on i95. She was on her phone. I was yelling at her and she just kept driving and did not care. I called the company and left voicemails. They do not answer the phone. They are a bad company. Also, just look at the reviews. That’s awful compared to any other trucking company.

Important note: while I have not used the service, I am in the market for multiple cars and have not seen the owner address any of the issues on the reviews. THIS IS A BIG RED FLAG BEFORE I CHOOSE A CAR CARRIER. You not only lost my business, but others who I know may be a need. Clean up your internet reviews, at least with a follow-up.

I was almost side-swiped by one of your drivers on 476 south in PA today. I was halfway up the side of his truck when he looked into his side mirror and intentionally came over on me. Dashcam footage and screenshots will be submitted to PA State Police for review. If you don't hold these guys accountable then I imagine you'll have some lawsuits to look forward to in the future.

One of their drivers took me out on 222 north. When I approached him he laughed and told me oh well and refused to give any information. I ended up having to call a police office who thankfully filed a proper report. When I called the company to speak about the matter the owner was more aggressive than the driver to hit me. For a transportation company perhaps they should get people more qualified for all positions.

I used Ship a car direct and they assigned my car to be moved by Brothers Auto Transport. I was skeptical looking at poor review for Brothers but Alex did a fantastic job. He arrived at the said time to pick up and was very responsive. I asked him to remove the ez pass transponder as I was being charged and he did it without complaining. He arrived on said day and time. Overall it was smooth. Thanks Alex!
