They were great when others disappointed. BRICKHOUSE ALL THE WAY!!! I hired Marblehead Movers to move me into my 3rd floor condo, but they couldn't get the sofa upstairs and just left it in the basement promising to come back - they never did, and then the owner got mad at me when I dared call to inquire what was going on after 6 days. Then Trowt came to check it out, gave me a good quote, but then they ghosted me for 4 days. I finally called Brickhouse on Monday afternoon- they said they could be there by noon on Tuesday, and THEY WERE! Adam and his crew were friendly, professional, and easy going! Every other mover I've dealt with has been hyper and all over the place. These guys were nice and relaxed- which put me at ease. PLUS, they did it for a great rate! CALL. BRICKHOUSE. FIRST!!!

I have been using Brickhouse moving company since 2007 and I can say without a doubt that they are the best team in the moving industry in Massachusetts. First they are experienced--all my moves are challenging because of the unique furniture pieces I have. Next they are problem solvers coming up with innovative solutions for all types of difficult moves. Third they arrive on time and stay with you until the job is done. Fourth all team members are thoughtful and respectful. Led by owner Joe Provencher who is one of the kindest and helpful people that I know. After getting quotes and information about fees from a couple companies I found Brickhouse Moving. Brickhouse does not charge a minimum number of hours like others and charges in 15 minutes increments. I used them to move twice in one year (the first time was so much fun, I decided to do it again)! Adam and his team are efficient, punctual and friendly. Then I needed only a electric recliner moved and I didn't know if the job was too small. Mimi in the office assured me that they would gladly take care of it. It was only about a half hour from one location to the other and they were incredibly fair with the price. I will always recommend Brickhouse to anyone who is in need of services. Wife in office is sweet as can be 🌻 She said 350 approximately. Brick house people won’t except payment until end and then bait and switch to crazy price , like doubling it.The owner is cranky and unfriendly . They moved furniture with care but I will never recommend them. I feel these good review are planted because the bad ones are what happened to me also. Dissatisfied with not staying by words. Get it in writing first…… lesson learned
