The women came in and packed everything. Did a fantastic job! The three man crew came the following day and were very mindful to carefully cover all furniture. They did an outstanding job as well! I've used this team four times and have always been pleased.

I hired the Britts packing crew when I needed to move out of Indianapolis and they packed everything just like I asked, they were friendly and kept me from having to do anything. I was praying I'd get through this move without breaking my mom's valuables she left me and I can't do much myself anymore. They were great and I'll use em again if I have to.

Watch your valuables!!! They weren't great but we thought they were OK....until we finally go everything unpacked and realized they stole my son's Nintendo Switch. Several of the movers were also pretty rude. The first people who came to do the quote were nice and the head guy for the move itself was nice, but most of the team were a bunch of low-lifes. I would never recommend them and my son is still upset about the Switch.

Sticky fingers... I called them after my husband died and I was urgently moving a family with children under 7 by myself and desperately needed help. They used "used" and damaged boxes . And they literally packed junk - plastic bags, tons of paper, broken toy parts. They stole my daughter's brand new locket intended for a picture of her dad and wrapped up an empty box inside several other bags and boxes so it was undiscoverable until many months after the move. They also stole several gift cards. I guess they should not have packed my office. I would not recommend nor would i use them again..

I used this company for years in every move. 2022 was my last move with them. My family have several designer shoes etc and we keep them boxed, the movers stole designer shoes, glasses and purse stacked boxes back because I paid them for packing and unpacking services also. My husband passed away and his jewelry was stolen too, the entire safety box. The owners could care less and wanted to argue that no one stoled anything they wouldn’t do that blah blah without investigating there workers. (Which was a different batch of pill head, junkies) Even though owner was not there. ( who usually is) Sad because I trusted them for several years and grew a relationship with this company and nothing like this had ever happened, but I wouldn’t use them, especially if you have expensive items! It also hurt because they didn’t even try to do what was right and file claim and investigate there workers.
