I have to start out by saying the crews that picked up and the second crew the deliver my furniture were good. I contracted with Brooks to move, store for approximately a year and then redeliver my home’s furnishings. When they came to deliver my furniture they realized they were missing a foot board for a queen bed as well as an outdoor patio dining table. The truck went back and returned with the dining table. They never found the foot board. In addition, a box that was packed with a number of handbags was water damaged and covered in mold. The handbags are destroyed. When I reported this, I was directed to another firm to file a claim. My expectations of a reasonable resolution are pretty low. I can only say if you let them store your belongings you are definitely taking a chance given my experience.

This was a small job- from office to home. (2 hours). They were efficient, thorough, professional and arrived early and got to work. They were meticulous about protecting the walls and floors, as well as the furniture. They were lovely to work with and I would highly recommend them again and again. I have used many other moving services and since the pricing was the same for the other well known movers-- I will use Brooks from now on. Their service was far above the other big name companies. Thank you for your exemplary service today!

This is the best moving experience that I have ever had & I have moved at least a dozen times in my life. Moving is so stressful, but the team that they sent was fabulous at making it as pleasant as is possible. They were so accommodating & professional & did everything they could to allay my fears about the move both loading & unloading. They were always on time ( both days), always knew what they were doing, & very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!

Ken davaghn and Enrique gave me a fantastic move today they truly went above and beyond everything was wrapped perfectly no damages and these guy are efficient brooks is definitely a top notch company I highly recommend to anyone who needs a luxury move.
