We are doing a military move, as stressful and difficult this can be, this company and guys helped packing our stuff be efficient and quick! Andrew and Thomas were amazing. Super friendly, didn’t make it feel awkward or weird. They were so quick and took care of all of our items. Andrew was able to answer all of my questions. Would highly recommend this company as well as these two guys!

Going through a PCS and Brooks was contracted to pack up our home. Troia and Kate came out and packed our 1500 square foot home + full garage and they did it in about 1.5 days. They were meticulous with packing everything up and we appreciate the care they put into making sure our stuff was both organized well and properly packed. Military moves are stressful enough and they relieved some of that stress for us. Thank you, Kate and Troia!

Completely broke all of my husband's gaming stuff. Repackaged atleast 7 boxes. Broke two monitors a laptop my grandmother's table that's been passed down in my family. Driver was rude they were 4 days and 2 an half hours late. Never ever recommend this place. They have caused atleast $5000 in damages. Unprofessional disrespectful and rude.

We hired Brooks Transfer and Moving for our most recent move. They sent out 3 great packers -April, Sean and Jeff. Five hours later they had packed up the rest of our home that we didn't have enough time to complete and saved us days of packing. Loading day we had four most excellent guys load the trucks. Andrew, Thomas, Johnny and De worked very hard to get our two story home loaded over two days with double staircases. The following day the guys unloaded the trucks at our new home. They worked efficiently with another day of multiple trips up and down another staircase. We definitely had a very good experience from the day of the survey to estimate the weight and cost to speaking with Selena multiple times to make sure everything was working smoothly and times packers were arriving and drivers with guys to load. This was by far one of the best moves we've had in multiple moves we have made over the past 30 years. Would not hesitate asking for the same teams we worked with again. The service provided by the Brooks team was very poor and subpar. Poor planning by Brooks management caused them to promise what they could not deliver. A one day delivery was promised even after we questioned this promise. Their lack of planning caused us to either unpack 100+ boxes ourselves over a weekend or live with limited access to our beds, kitchen, living room and public condo areas. The management team set up their moving team to fail by only sending three movers and then one of things movers leaving for a personal emergency at noon...even with three movers, it was not possible to finish in a day. While the moving team was set up to fail, their attitudes at the end of the day was unacceptable. After telling one moved to stop throwing trash and empty boxes off a stairwell balcony over a public walkway, the movers chose to tell at my wife; sarcasm when asking to sign paperwork; not completing cleanup until I "asked" them to finish getting the trash out ( "Are you asking me or telling me to remove the boxes?" ); refusing to unload boxes in the floor when directed (and in compliance with the contract); and then leaving their trash both in the house (drink cup) and in the community drive (nails & wood chunks from the lift vans). In the unscheduled second day of work, we asked them to remove the remaining boxes and packing trash as we unpacked the 100+ boxes in our own over the weekend. They did an admirable job moving the trash. The general manager did come out and apologize for the troubles the previous Friday. While this was nice, it did not make up for the frustration and aggravation of their employees or our time doing their work for them. A poor performance...I can't recommend using this company.
