I had an awful experience with this transportation company. The dispatcher/owner was extremely rude even though we were given that number to contact for day-of inquiries. Despite our questions about the late arrival of the bus we had booked, we were told to wait and even hung up on when we asked for an update. The bus had broken down previously on the side of the road, and we were late for hours that experience. I highly recommend that everyone stay away from this company!

Worst service I've ever received from a bus company. They were supposed to arrive at school by 1:30p, I called at 1:35p for an ETA, they said 8 mins away, got a call from the school at 2:04p said bus had still not arrived, I called Brooks transpo back asking what's their ETA, they tell me 8 mins AGAIN and have the nerve to say "it is what it is we'll get there when we get there". Bus still hadn't arrived 45 mins after pickup time. Not a single conversation with their owner has ever been pleasant, terrible service every time. Do not book with these guys

Awful! I would never recommend this company as someone who worked for the school that contracted them I had one of the most scary and unsafe experiences in a while. Not only was this bus 30 minutes late to pick up, when they arrived they attempted to hurry us on, verbally belittled us and threatened to leave us there for the next two hours if we could not board all our kids. The bus driver did not allow for legal processes to be conducted like making sure all children were accounted for seated and buckled, they instead choose to drive on with one of the instructors still standing. One of my other coworkers started recording for safety reasons and the bus driver informed us “whatever lil video you’re recording just tell them we’re the owners of this company”. I have no reason to lie I simply want to keep other children and adults from experiencing something as awful as what just happened to my class. Please be careful and stay safe y’all!
