Ricardo really saved the day, coming within 15 minutes of my claim with AAA being started (they quoted me an hour, so it was a pleasant surprise!) He was very polite, changed my flat super fast, made me feel confident I'd make it home on my spare and smiled the whole time. Who expects that from their tow truck guy?? Thank you Ricardo & Alongi Brothers! And yes, even he was impressed with my flat 🤣 Sigh ...

This company’s tow truck driver did body damage to the side view mirror of my car. Their driver admitted it and apologized, gave my son his card and told him what we needed to do to file a claim. When I filed a claim Jake Lassy, who said he was in charge at Alongi said that it didn’t happen and was belittling and intimidating because I didn’t know the technical tow truck terms. I may not be an expert on tow trucks but even I know that tree scratches don’t cause paint to get knocked off. AAA chose to honor my long relationship with them and made a good faith settlement with me. If you call AAA, be sure to check yelp and Google ratings before you accept a tow because your transaction is between you and the towing company and not AAA. There’s a good reason this company gets bad reviews. I am not the first person to report experiences that were unprofessional and dishonest.

Was about to go to work but my vehicle wouldn't start! So I called AAA and Cristian showed up within a hr. He suggested I check if it's still under warranty, which I would have but I was in a hurry Also, he had a battery already to go. So he replaced the battery and I appreciate that I could view the status of my battery on my phone! He scanned my battery and my vehicles info and he sent the report to my phone! Awesome tech. Also, I appreciate his customer service work ethic!!!!

The BEST Flatbed Tow Truck Driver I have ever experienced and amazing service. You guys are my go-to for any future help within the area. Fast service (15mins within calling AAA) Friendly (always tip your drivers!) Checked all straps at every stoplight. Incredibly professional. Best back-up skills into a curved driveway I've seen, hands down. Could not recommend these guys enough. Pictured is my fully restored 1983 Mazda Rx7.
