We used Browning Moving and Storage for our out of state move and were completely satisfied. All the packing and loading was done in a timely manner with care taken to protect our goods by using filler in boxes and wrapping furniture in pads. The packing and boxing was done the first day and loading the second day. The truck was loaded with all our furniture and boxes, then secured.The truck arrived at our new home a few days after closing. They were there at the appointed time and began unloading. The workers were courteous, careful and punctual in finishing the delivery on time. As expected, they reassembled the furniture that was taken apart such as beds and other large pieces. No damage was done to any pieces and nothing missing. If you want the perfect move hire Browning Moving and Storage.

I used Browning for a move from Tampa to Gainesville in June 2024. Every single part of the process was seamless and I cannot recommend this company enough. The communication I received from every person I interacted with throughout the process was fantastic. My virtual estimate was easy to set up around my schedule and was quick. My coordinator was Krystal and she could not have been better in handling every aspect of my move. She arranged for everything to be done with only a few weeks notice and made sure to check in throughout every step. On moving day, I worked with Andre, Albert, and Yale who were excellent!! They packed all of my things with great care and none of my many fragile items were hurt during the move. All three men were kind, respectful, and made me laugh on many occasions. I literally have nothing negative to say about my move with Browning and fear that it will be hard to top in the future!

Definitely add me to the list of customer who had a wonderful move because this whole team has their act together. My move was not a complete household (read: full truck). So my belongings were pre-loaded and taken to the warehouse where they were stored until enough small moves accumulated to make a full load. Jay Dee, the estimator, was professional, courteous, detailed - including the cost. He made sure I understood the two-step process of my move, the projected timeline of whole move (which was very reasonable), the how & when payment would happen. Chris and Jamal, who pre-loaded and unloaded into the warehouse were totally upbeat and friendly while concentrating on making sure each piece of furniture and each box was handled with respect. Marissa, the move coordinator, and her whole team kept me informed every step of the way and answered all of my questions. Sheldon and Joshua, who delivered my property, were - again - upbeat, energetic, and fixated on making sure every item was handled with care and respect. I checked all the furniture before they left. Two days later, I just finished emptying the boxes. No damage. No sign of problems. I moved from Central Florida to Northwest South Carolina. And I am a very happy customer. If your move involves Florida, I really encourage you to consider using Browning for the move.

Andre and Jimmie did a great job. They never stopped moving and checked in when there was a question. They took care wrapping furniture and packing. Highly recommend.

I had a complicated out of state move that involved moving my house (lots of heavy and antique furniture) and storage unit that took 3 days. Rich handled the move and was great and made it pretty painless. He was organized, efficient and kept me informed of the details. I would definitely use Browning Moving again and highly recommend Rich. Crystal was my liaison and was also very easy to work with. Overall for such a big move, they made it easy.
