My family has used BTI for 3 moves as of writing this. My grandmother, myself, and recently my parents. We've done single day moves, we've had to find temporary storage solutions, and we've done PODS too. No matter the situation, they've always found a solution that's worked for me and my family. Mentally and physically I just don't know how we could have done any of these moves without them. They truly make it easy.

What a JOB! these guys were professional, efficient, trustworthy and absolutely TOP NOTCH!! Not only was the crew incredible but dealing with the office staff and coordinators was nothing but perfect. They made everything so easy during a stressful time of moving during covid. I would recommend this company over and over again to everyone i know! They will be doing my next move also!

Mayflower Transit moved our household goods from Boston, MA to Parkland, FL. Several items went missing that were listed in the inventory control list. They even sold us additional insurance when we purchased the move. We filed a claim with the business through their online system and we received confirmation of receipt. We have contacted them several times and they simply fail to respond.
