After a bad experience with a different carrier I contacted Nexus. We discussed the previous experience and they were able to make me comfortable with the process. The driver showed on time and was able to get the vehicle loaded properly and safely. The vehicle arrived at its destination on time and in good condition. It was unloaded without issue. Nexus was in contact with me throughout the process. I would recommend Nexus and also use them again if the need arrives. This vehicle has priceless sentimental value to myself and family.

Hi, I am a first time user of Nexus Auto Transportation. I hired them to transport my son’s car from Florida to South Carolina. They really made the journey easygoing, reliable with peace of mind. After I made the initial call, they gave me an affordable quote and took care of the rest. The customer service representatives were knowledgeable each time I called. They kept me informed of all of the details. Finally Richard from MJ Transport came to my home to pick up our car. He instructed me of the entire process. Took pictures of the car, emailed me the documents, and gave me a timeline of when the car would be delivered to my son in college. Fast forward the car was delivered to South Carolina the next day. I transported a Mustang from Tampa Bay to Miami. Nexus’ price was super fair, remarkably less expensive than I thought it was going to be. They worked with my logistics issues, finding solutions that worked best for me. The driver who transported it was a vet on the job and I received my vehicle in the same condition. Easy, smooth, headache free transaction from beginning to end.

The driver and the company representatives did a great job providing information and transporting the car. When the car broke down near the Smoky Mountains in Tennessee, where the roads are tough to navigate, none of the other companies were willing to help—except Nexus. They stepped in right away and offered the best possible price. I would highly recommend them. As I can see myself using their amazing service in the future.
