After speaking to guil everything sounded great! Good reviews he sent me all the business information and it looked good. Up until the day of pick up. I received a txt stating the drivers winch broke and they wanted to charge me $300-$400 more so the driver could get his winch fixed. I declined and said I would book with another broker I had lined up. From my $537.83 deposit they are only doing to refund $500 due to there error and unreliable drivers this put my delivery behind by days and I lost money from the transaction. I would definitely be hesitant to book with this company regardless of reviews.

Absolutely terrible service, arranged for trucks to be scheduled almost a week in advance had confirmation multiple days prior and the day prior that the trucks will be there at the scheduled time. Arrived on the job site and called to see where the trucks were and they said that they were canceled and they were working on alternative solution. They gave us no notice prior about this. Then they tried to get another driver and were going to charge me a higher rate then agreed too. Said it was going to arrive within 3 hours and as i called to see the eta the driver still didn’t leave the location he was at. End of the day no trucks arrived, terrible customer service, and no one had the decency to make things right. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody.

Gilberto Cortez booked a truck to deliver my machine. There was a couple issues with the auction service where I purchased the machine. He was able to get the issue resolved and have the machine removed by the deadline. The machine was delivered with no issues. Gilberto Cortez kept me posted as to everything occurring during this shipment.
