I had a fantastic experience with Buddy Moving yesterday for my move across the DFW area. They were attentive, on-time and handled all of my belongings with the utmost care. I was so thankful they were so incredible to also hang around during the move. 10/10 stars from me--100% worth it.

I normally don’t leave bad reviews because I try to resolve it with management but I see that is not going to happen. To summarize I was charged almost $1,100 to move a one bedroom den apartment. It took 2 movers 6 hours to “finish” a move they never completed. They promote last minute moving but when I scheduled a last minute move they never showed up after saying multiple times “they would be coming”. I had to schedule another company to move the remaining stuff. I’ve moved my stuff out of a 3 bedroom house faster and for a cheaper amount. I sent them an email and the response was “ 2 free hours” why in the world would I want to use your company again!?? Look at all the stuff they weren’t able to move because my freight elevator has to be booked in advanced and they got to my apartment 1 hour late than what they told to me!! Do not book here!!! I will continue to spread my experience with every platform !!

Theses guy's work tirelessly,and effortlessly. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them..the leader of the pack, Giovanni!! He and his team did so well! He is a great team leader and make sure everything goes well!! They are very friendly and understanding...now I'll tell all my friends and family about these hard working men and this amazing company!

It wasn't a bad experience overall but also wasn't great. The movers where scheduled to arrive by 1pm.. and by 1.15 had not confirmed (I was told they'd call 30 minutes prior). They eventually called around 2pm and arrived around past 3pm. The movers did not appear to have a sense of urgency which worried me because obviously they're paid by the hour. Everything was pretty slow. One significant issue I had with them overall was that there was a hidden charge of $65 which the booking agent didn't mention prior to my booking and only showed up when it was time to check out. If I knew about this prior I would have gone with cheaper movers. Overall not the worst experience but also not the best. Addendum: few minutes after posting this review, customer care called me to take care of my complaints. The extra charge was an error and I received a refund. I felt heard and appreciated that my concerns were taken seriously, and addressed in a humane and timely fashion. I've updated my rating to reflect the fact that the company is responsive to complains and displays a degree of responsibility that is admirable.

Buddy moving was a great experience. Rob and company were very detailed oriented and worked extremely hard to ensure a smooth move. I appreciate the quality and care our possessions. I will be using them again next time we move. This moving company is hands down one of the best because of its great employees.
