Real Time Relocation/Budget Van Lines. How can I give 0 stars? THE WORST MOVE we've ever had and we've moved and lived internationally. I feel totally scammed with inexperienced movers. This is the worst moving experience we've ever had. They tore the walls up in my house that I'm selling moving furniture, did not lay down carpet protectors as all moving companies do, and they left so much of my stuff behind. Such an awful traumatic expensive experience. This is by far the worst packing/moving job we've ever had. We have lived and moved internationally and all over the country. Never have we ever been packed so poorly, items damaged, things literally thrown into unlabeled boxes. Total chaos! Expensive items were left behind and then broken expensive dishes. This was a total fail. Not to mention we had to have two trucks because they miscalculated the load. Everything and I do mean everything has some sort of scuff, missing a piece, dirt, damage, etc. I'm so disappointed in this total process. The pictures aren’t even the half… total disgrace!

BEWARE!!!!!! This is a brokerage. You will leave your number and they will call you for months from some of the shadiest people most of which have a PO in Florida. They will show up on day of moving, after you have given them a detailed list of what is to be moved, and charge you double!!!!! I had a small apartment estimated at $2500... and that doubled when they showed up even though I had deleted some of the items. I had them leave half my stuff and still i paid a lot more but was desperate because we had to be out of the apartment. On top of that they unloaded my stuff, and reloaded in another warehouse. I did not get my stuff for 5 weeks on a 6.5 hour move from phoenix to Albuquerque. When they show up, they make you sign a leger of goods saying you received everything, but won't open the truck until you do. They are awful and if you hire them, it's your choice but prepare for the consequences. On the way back I used "U-Pack" which we used a small portion of their truck and hired movers to load and unload... all inclusive was under $2000.. and we got out stuff in 5 days including the weekend. Also using containers and hiring movers at both ends is more cost effective. Don't let yourself be scammed. (We are missing an office chair on top of it!) We watched in horror as they dragged my leather sofa on the ground also. Horrible- they are the Freddie Kruger of the moving world! They will curse you. I have one work for them- @#$%&!*. Do not listen to them as they assure that none of this stuff will happen- Believe the other reviews.

Beware! This company's website encourages you to "Get your free moving quote today!" When I submitted my info, I didn't receive a quote. I received phone calls, text messages, and emails from about 20 moving companies trying to sell their services. If you look closely, this company is a broker, not a van line or moving company. They give (or sell) your contact info to moving companies. Those moving companies will likely inundate you with calls, texts, and emails. If that's what you're looking for, feel free to give them your contact info and brace yourself for the sales pitches you'll get. If not, stay away.

I had the displeasure of speaking with this company on my search for a moving quote, I had disclosed I already spoke with a few other moving companies and how their pricing varied from $2,000 - $7,000 and was immediately told the other moving companies I just got quotes from, not even 20 minutes ago, were "not real" "scamming you" etc. He was really pushing the narrative of "this is the only reliable company to work with, were #1" mentality. If you don't want to feel Mansplained about how moving companies work, DO NOT give these people a call. I didn't even end up getting a quote because he hung up on me when I said "I was just looking for a quote"

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY. Far away. This company is slick and clever and despite you listing ALL of your items, they quote per cubic feet, but when you lay out the actual cubic footage, not even a fraction of your listed items would fit. That means you will need to pay A LOT MORE $$$$$ at the move date. Then, on top of that, they claim that any cancelation within 14 days of the scheduled move date means no money back. This is going to be a fight to get out money back, but it's a fight I'm ready for. Don't let them trick you, too.
