We had a great experience using Wayfinder for an interstate move. Everyone we interacted with was respectful, friendly and efficient and they were accommodating even during a busy holiday moving season when dates were in flux down to the last minute due to circumstances beyond our control. We ended up having to submit a claim for a couple of small items that weren't very sturdy but the claims process was easy and the 300+ other items arrived intact. Special thanks to Ron who provided the quote, Theresa, Malik, and the rest of the crew that handled the move out, and Kevin who drove the truck down and lead the local team that helped with move in. They treated our items with care and made sure everything was in place and assembled properly. We highly recommend Wayfinder for anyone in need and would absolutely use them again!

Maurice, Antonio and Devon were great! So friendly and careful with our things and did such a great job. Move was even quicker than we expected and we were thankful they managed all the heavy items and tricky stairs for us. We’re getting too old to move ourselves but thankfully they were not :). Communication from Wayfinder leading up to the move was great and day of we got alerts as the crew was on their way and when they arrived. Definitely would recommend. In my experience, moving is rarely fun and more likely a pain, but this company and crew made it easy for us. Thank you!

I chose Wayfinder for my out-of-state move based on their strong Google reviews. Initially, they were great – the walkthrough and sales process were smooth and professional. However, things went downhill during the move itself. Many items that we agreed would be wrapped or protected were not. The movers made us uncomfortable with comments about the volume of our belongings. I was assured items would be safe in transit to our new home without added insurance, but this was not the case (but my mistake for not adding). Sadly, the following were damaged in the move: -Couch (scuffed, torn, recliner section misaligned) -Desk frame (bent and ultimately trashed) -World map (warped and ultimately trashed) -Room divider (chipped) -Totes (tops completely shattered) -Bedroom mirror I reached out to Wayfinder about the damage and they asked me to hold off on a Google review while they spoke to the owner. Since then, I've heard nothing which has been disheartening to say the least. While I wouldn't completely discourage others from using Wayfinder, my experience was disappointing. For local moves, I used The Moving Doctors in the past - they were more careful and affordable. Not sure if they do out-of-state though. July 2024 Update: Following Wayfinder’s response, I posted a couple additional photos of a text thread with the moving manager. I tried a couple times to get him to talk things over with me but the follow through was non-existent. This experience makes me think they’d have no genuine interest in resolving things even after my review.

Such a wonderful surprise. I expected the job to be done, which they did. Now for the REAL job they did. Every time I was working on taking something apart or carrying a box, one of the “Wayfinders” was usually checking to make sure I was OK. It was important to the crew that, when they placed a piece of furniture, it was where we wanted it. They were very friendly and completed the job with the same warmth as when they began the job. Amazing!

Unbelievable at how amazingly Awesome the moving team was today. Professional yet customer friendly as well. Our belongings couldn't have been in better hands today. Thank you so much men. Jena thank you as well. Please ask management to consider giving these guys a well-deserved raise.
